DELAWARE COUNTY – Chester Water Authority’s Executive Manager & Chief Engineer, Russell C. Williams is the recipient of the 2013 American Water Works Association (AWWA) George Warren Fuller Award for Pennsylvania.
George Warren Fuller Awards are presented annually by the American Water Works Association to the sections’ respective selected member for their distinguished service to the water supply field in commemoration of sound engineering skill, brilliant diplomatic talent, and the constructive leadership which characterized the life of George Warren Fuller. On May 24, 2013, Mr. Williams was announced as the recipient at the Pennsylvania Sections’ Annual Conference in Hershey, PA. The Fuller Award was presented to Mr. Williams at the AWWA National Conference that was held in Denver, Colorado on June 12, 2013.
