Chester Water Authority is announcing that the boil water advisory for customers affected by the water main break in Upper Chichester Township has been lifted. Customers were notified on March 26, 2026 of the loss of positive water pressure, resulting in the issuance of the boil water advisory. We are pleased to report that the issue has been resolved, and it is no longer necessary to boil your water.
Pay your water bill or obtain your account balance and due date by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our automated phone payment system accepts Visa, MasterCard and e-checks.
The vendor charges a $2.75 convenience fee to process a payment.
