Important Announcement

Chester Water Authority is upgrading our Customer Information System to improve billing accuracy, service reliability, data security, and your overall customer experience. The new system will go live on March 2, 2026.

What to expect:

• Your account information will be securely transferred; however, you will receive a new account number, which will appear on your first bill generated from the new system.
• Bills and customer communications will have a new look.
• Online account access and payment options may be temporarily unavailable from February 25 through March 2, 2026.
• Customers using the Online Portal will need to register in the new Customer Portal.

Water service will not be interrupted during this transition.
