January 10, 2024:  Please be advised that CWA’s customer portal will be undergoing routine system maintenance on Friday, January 12, 2024, beginning at 4:30 p.m. and extending through the early part of the holiday weekend. During this time, customers who traditionally go to the CWA website and click on the “MY CWA PORTAL” will be unable to access their account and/or pay their bill and will see a message that the portal is presently undergoing system maintenance.

Once system maintenance has been completed, we will provide an update on our website that the portal has been restored and is once again available for use by our customers. Thank you for your patience during this brief time period.
