Chester, PA – July 31, 2015: The Chester Water Authority’s (CWA) Octoraro treatment plant has been selected to receive the prestigious Area Wide Optimization Program (AWOP) Award for the 8th consecutive year. The AWOP Award will be presented to CWA by the Water Works Operators’ Association of Pennsylvania (WWOAP) at their annual conference in State College, PA on August 4, 2015.
