CHESTER, PA: The Chester Water Authority announced today that work will commence on an infrastructure improvement project along Edgmont Avenue in Brookhaven, Parkside, and Chester on July 30, 2018. The Edgmont Avenue Valve Insertion & Main Renewal Project represents a $2.2 million investment in infrastructure upgrades that will improve the reliability of the water provider’s distribution system.
