CHESTER, PA: The Chester Water Authority (CWA) — a municipal authority that provides water service to more than 200,000 residents and businesses in southern Chester County, western Delaware County, and the City of Chester — is celebrating its 150th Anniversary this month. The CWA marked the occasion with a celebratory event attended by more than 200 staff, retirees, current and former board members, and community leaders last week.
