Chester, PA – July 31, 2015: The Chester Water Authority (CWA) will be conducting routine maintenance on our water distribution system. CWA personnel will be flushing the water system by opening fire hydrants within our service territory. Please note that all hydrant flushing will be performed during nighttime hours so as to provide minimal disruption to our valued customers. Please note that all personnel conducting this work will be in CWA uniforms and company marked vehicles.
